T he population of Saltillo, MS is approximately 5,004 (2014 census). New primary school, elementary school and high schools were completed in 2004. The elementary  school is a Level 4; the high school is a Level 5. Saltillo Elementary and Secondary Schools are among the best in Mississippi. All complexes are just minutes from the schools. Also, there are several excellent private schools in the area providing quality education. 

 

The city of Saltillo supports a 34 acre city park . The area has twelve churches of different denominations where you may worship. The Turner Industrial Park , which employs over 2,000, is approximately 4 miles from Cherry Hills Apartments. Lake Lamar Bruce is in Saltillo with fishing and camping areas.
